Microsoft pulled off the Windows Phone 7 update because some of Samsung phone(mostly Samsung Omnia 7) users experienced issues for the update. Microsoft says they have found the issue and re-release update in 3 days. A happy feature of a misfortune, it seems that the issue didn’t happen for Samsung Focus which is Windows Phone 7 from AT&T USA.

Samsung updates the Samsung Now Hub for WP7

The updates to the Samsung Now Hub come in the form of Twitter and Facebook support in the native RSS/News feed. The news oriented hub now allows you to share your favorite articles with friends and colleagues through your verified Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Samsung has also added audio notifications for when you open articles in the News feed. They are more of little songs then just beeps or rings and honestly they add a nice touch. Makes the News part feel more robust even though it doesn’t really change the UI at all. If you have a Samsung WP7 device you can check out the new changes now and if you don’t have a WP7 phone, you have no idea what you’re missing. So to all the WP7 owners out there, give some shoutouts in the comments as to why everyone else should move to that platform, ready? Begin!
