Samsung Innovator has released the latest Windows Mobile SDK 1.3 following yesterday’s widget SDK release. This SDK release includes support for three new phones: the SCH-M720 OMNIA POP, SPH-M7200 OMNIA POP, and SPH-M8400 SHOW OMNIA.
