App Review: Samsung Cares

Samsung has always been aware that customer satisfaction largely depends on customer support. With their vast lineup of Android devices deployed, Samsung created their Smart Care Diagnostics application to help their users troubleshoot and solve any issues with their Samsung mobile devices.

If you didn’t already know, Samsung cares. They want to ensure that you have the best experience with your Android device (or any Samsung product for that matter), and with their latest app–Samsung Cares–you will have instant access to all the helpful tutorials and information that you will need to maximize your product¬†experience.

The Samsung Cares application acts as an information hub for Samsung device owners who are curious about their device’s warranty, FAQs, videos, and how-to guides.

In addition to their device related resources, Samsung has included a tracking tool that can keep you up to date with your Samsung service and repair tickets. If you still have further questions, you can navigate to the Contact Us section and navigate to the device you want support for. From there you can contact Samsung through Facebook, Twitter, chat and phone.

    No computer recognizes my samsung andriod phone,
    SGH-1577.can’t download my music to it, I have tried everything possible, Please help.

    Hi Ashley, are other network functions (SMS, MMS, data, voicemail, etc.) functioning? Which versions of the Galaxy S III are they using?

    I am having a problem, I’m a cell phone dealer and I’ve sold a few SIII’s but were having a lot of problems with them and I’m hoping its all user error because its such a customizable Technology advanced phone. But the problem is that the customers aren’t receiving their calls or cant dial out and they have service in the particular area. I have seen this with at least 6 customers and I’ve gone through and checked the settings and everything seems to be in order. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can help these people out.
