HDBlog’s video comparison of the Samsung Galaxy S and Wave vs iPhone 4

by Flux on July 6, 2010

HDBlog.it recorded an excellent video of the comparison of 3 systems: Android 2.1 + TouchWiz 3.0, iOS 4, bada.  They fortunately have Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung Wave, and iPhone 4 and operated them side-by-side.  They showcased the following:

  • Browser capabilities
  • Picture and video quality
  • Application navigation and market
  • 3D gaming
  • Multitasking
  • Dialer
  • Messaging
  • Media Player
  • Reading eBook

If you want a screen comparison if the iPhone 4′s IPS compared to Samsung’s super AMOLED, this video will not do justice.  Please read:

Notice that the video was taken over the daytime and night time.  Good work HDBlog.it!

@Jack
Bada OS is great and 1.0 borns better than Android! It’s very good and all developers agree. It’s gonna be an Android contender soon.. tsk!

My Dad is buying a Samsung Wave this week. The hardware is excellent, but it has BADA OS, which is very unfortunate.

I hope XDA Dev hackers port Android 2.2 to it in a few months.
