SendReceiveAll in an application that basically synchronizes all of your email accounts with just one button.
Once installed, the SendReceiveAll icon will be added to your Start Menu, you can either assign it to one of the buttons or place it in a more convenient place for easier access.

The .cab file is now available (rather than just the .exe file). It seems to be still hosted on XDA, and you will need to login/register to download the file.
