I personally still prefers phonepad, it simulates text entering with a regular keypad phone back in the days.

Lucky for me I got my hands on this cab before it became so hard to find. I've tried just about every SIP out there over the last 7 or 8 years and this is the best I've ever used, hands down. With a little practice I'm even able to use it one handed. Fantastic!

FWIW - A big inconvenience is that the original file has been modified to port it to other screen types. Unfortunately, they've all chosen to keep the same filename of swype.cab so you can't tell what works with what until you've installed it. The original Omnia-modified file - swypeomnia - is still out there, but you have to dig for it. The original, unpacked (rar'd) cab file is a little over 5M, compared to the modified ones that are around 1.5M.

Unfortunately, it does seem like the thread has been shut down. We will be on a look out for alternative source.

If you know where to find them, please let us know.
