JSPA Program Manager for Windows Mobile offers its user the ability to organize the applications on the Start Menu to uncluttered folders. You are provided with a dual-panel where you can move applications into existing or newly-created folders.
So rather than scrolling through the applications, you will just need to find the appropriate folder that contains the application you are looking for.
