Start Launcher will launch an application or a process when you either tap or hold onto the ‘Windows‘ (doesn’t work on ‘Start’) button on the top taskbar. You may add parameters to further define your actions. But if all you are looking for is another shortcut, set the applications and start using.

Come to think of it, while there is an option to select screen resolution between VGA and QVGA, the application launcher shouldn’t be affected by how the screen is displayed.

Target Audience: Shortcuts, shortcuts, shortcuts, shortcuts. With increasing number of applications and processes, having shortcuts to connect you to them is much simpler than going into Start > Program to launch anything.
