Sudoku on a mobile called Sudoku Mobile, simple as that. No catch or attempts to be cool, just plainly simple and frankly, memorable. I can’t wait to share the application with any Sudoku fans out there who just happen to own a Windows Mobile device. The multi-level application saves you the pencil leads, erasers or notepads. You can easily ‘flag’ or input applicable numbers, or use Reset, Check or Solve feature when you get stucked.
Once you’re installed and ready to go, go to Games to launch the application.
How to play the game:
Here are some instruction to get you started with playing this game:
- Choose Level of Difficulty (Easy to Hard)
- Click Start to start a pre-installed version or Enter own to create your own (doesn’t fit well on an Omnia’s 400×240 resolution)
- Fill up the grey boxes correctly to win/complete (Rules)
- To flag a box with numbers: select the grey box and then check the checkboxes below the numbers to flag possible number for that box
- To input a number in a box: select the grey box and then the number box (which will turn red as an indicator)
- Once you are done, click on Finish which will either congratulate you or let you know you have failed to complete
Condemnation aside, it is a really easy and possibly addictive game to take with you whenever you go. You can even change the theme between Light and Bright depending on your color preference.
I can totally see myself sitting with Sudoku Mobile on flights, bus rides or even God-forbid, the restroom. Give it a try on your device (resolution-specific) and see if you like it!

@Trish, we’ve got the developer’s permission to host the file. It’s now version 0.8a, up from 0.6 last week. Give it a try.
