Layers by Google: Peeling the Onion
We love maps, they get us to places we want to go, show us things that we won’t be able to see otherwise. But deep down, we know there is more that we can learn from each place that we have visited. Google seems to know that too, and have placed that idea in an oven and out came Layers.
What is Layers on Google Maps? It boils down to these 13 words.
Layers allow you to view locations and additional info overlaid on the map. -- Google
