Question: Will Microsoft Store carry anything WinMo?

Source: Neowin.net
We have heard about the news that Microsoft is planning on opening its own retail store this coming fall in an attempt to rival competitors such as Apple and Sony. As the video below shows, the software giant is gunning for an “Experience Center” vibe where consumers can experience the magic that is Microsoft. Now the question is, will the store be carrying anything WinMo?
While that answer is not quite out there yet, we are going to say yes to that one assuming Microsoft has not given up on its mobile division. Yes, the business is facing some strong competition from the likely few, but it does not seem like Microsoft’s (or Steve Ballmer) characteristic to give up on, well, anything.
We’re guessing and hoping to see a section in the store devoted to its mobile branch. This is where users can experience the latest of its technology rather than having to wait for it to become available on a device released by carriers. In the example of Windows Mobile 6.5, the Release to Manufacturer (RTM) date differs from the date of devices’ release just because of that specific reason where the carriers needs to perform compatibility tests.
Date wise, it seems like the opening date will coincide with the release of Windows 7 and Windows Mobile 6.5. Now business wise, all Microsoft need is for the store to become profitable in one way or another.
