Battery life is critical to the daily use of our smartphones and PocketPCs. For that, we have shared some tips on saving battery as well as reviewing other applications that displays the information on the battery. Now we’re adding Ariel Battery to that growing list.

Ariel Battery runs off on your device as an executable file, so no installation is necessary. Once launched, you will see a battery indicator added on the taskbar right next to the Start button. Clicking on it will bring up a page with information on estimated battery life and some storage information.

If you don’t like the color of the battery, you can always go into the application setup by clicking on the battery indicator and tapping on Tools then Setup.

To turn off the application, you will need to perform a soft-reset on the device. This can be rather inconvenient for user who would prefer to have the application stay on.

Hunting for a light battery indicator? Give Ariel Battery a try. :)
