Organization is key when you’re running a device as busy as a Windows Mobile device. You have applications related to photo albums, games, tools, and many others. While there is certainly the Program List, but scrolling through pages of applications may not be the most efficient way to browse. A easy tweak is to setup folders in your Start Menu and add useful applications in it!
Sounds easy, and it is! The best part is its simplicity to setup. All you have to do is in the following 3 steps:
- Go to the following path in the File Explorer: \Windows\Start Menu
- Tap on Menu and choose New Folder
- Rename the folder to a relevant category
- To add applications into these folders, simply copy and paste them from its application’s folders
For example, if I want to place Bubble Breaker into the Games folder, I will first try to find Bubble Breaker from its relevant folder then select the application and perform copy and paste to the Start Menu’s folder.
Once that’s done, you will have a Start Menu stuffed with applications easily within your reach!

This is all about efficiency. With the amount of things you can do with the device, it is now up to how fast and how well you can get to things to finish tasks. We hope this tip is at least useful for some users!
