Maybe some of you feel annoying that subfolder email wouldn’t show on home screen with notification. There is a third party app let you set alerts for new emails/text in your subfolders.

Watchflag® is software that provides flexible alerts for new email and text messages on your Windows Mobile device. Define your own rules based on sender, subject and much more. And Watchflag works with all synchronized email folders.

On-call, or receive lots of messages? Watchflag can help! Watchflag will play distinct tones, vibrate, flash the LED and display a colorized acknowledgement screen for direct access to new mail.

Example uses of Watchflag

• Use the Watchflag Acknowledgement screen to see an up-to-the-minute, combined color-coded list of new email and SMS text messages in all accounts and subfolders as they arrive; once acknowledged or read on your PC (thru activesync or imap), they’ll drop off the list. Click a message to read it and then return to the list.
• Light up the display for every email or text message you receive between 9am and 5pm.
• Play one sound when you get email thru your Gmail® account and another for Yahoo®.
• Make a loud noise and vibrate when your boss sends an email to you with the subject “urgent” or containing your project name in the message body.
• Play the fight song when you receive a score update for your favorite team.
• Set up a repeating siren in response to your server going down on the weekdays.
• Blink the LED when an audio or vibration alert isn’t enough.
