Greetings,
I am James one of your blog fan and i would like to ask if the software is only available in the U.S.? coz im from the philippines and im planning to buy a phone, it’s a big plus for me if it works here also. And does it only work on phones with windows mobile, could it be possible to work on “omnia hd” (knowing that it has a big support) also coz im planning to buy it when it arrives here. After you have paid the software there is no recurring fee right, if that is the case would this spb tv would slash the load or the amount to your phone subsciption if you are a pre-paid subscriber or even a post-paid, because i think there is no such thing is free at this times?
I am looking forward to your reply and i would be glad if you will send it to my e-mail (j_lobusta@yahoo.com) also. Thanx…….
Hello James, thanks for visiting. (:
Here are the answers to your questions:
1. The product should work in The Philippines since there is no region coding.
2. Unfortunately, the application does only work with Windows Mobile devices and,
3. since Omnia HD will not be running Windows Mobile (Symbian instead), this application will not operate on OmniaHD
4. There is however, no subscription fee. The cost of buying the application is a one-time fee.
If you have a WM device and want to try the application, you can actually download the trial version to check it out! Hopefully I’ve answered some of your questions. Do let us know how things go on your end and how we can help out.
This is by far one of the BEST NON-subscription TV’s you can find….the only down side is that it all depends on your signal.
