Stop the beeps when you change volume during a call

There must be times when you were trying to reduce the volume of a phone call and the beep just kept you company as the volume goes down. We have some tricks up our sleeves to get these probable annoyance off your mind. All you have to do is to make some minor changes to your registry settings and you can get some peace of mind during phone calls.

Objective

Stop the beeps when you change volume during a call.

Samsung Omnia
Samsung Epix

What you need

Registry Editor

Registry Address

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Sounds\LoudestInCallVolume
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ControlPanel\Sounds\QuietestInCallVolume
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ControlPanel\Sounds\StandardInCallVolume

Value Name

Each of these Key name : “Script”

Value Data

Change three all value ‘P’ to blank (erase the ‘P’)

 

Now there will be no more annoying beeping and the volume changes much faster. One stone kills two bird. Horray!
