Some of you may have noticed this pesky scroll bar with the Samsung Today and other Homescreen plugins.  It appears on the right side of the screen when there are too many items to display at once.  You can apply a simple registry edit to make the scroll bar disappear.

First, grab a registry editor if you don’t already have one.  We suggest PHM Registry Edtitor which you can download from
here.  Check the TOS box and select Pocket PC 2002, 2003 (ARM/PXA) from the drop down list, and press the download button.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Today\Items\Samsung Today\.  To apply this to other plugins simply go to their respective folders from Items.

Change the Type value from 4 to 5.

Now the scroll bar will disappear.  You can still get to the bottom of cut home screens by scrolling with 4 way navigation.  Although the bottom is a slightly cutoff, it looks a lot neater than it did with the scroll bar.
