Create a shortcut to 3G – Tips

If you want to create a shortcut in your start menu to quickly change network settings, follow the steps below:

1.   Connect your phone to your PC

2.   Navigate to the Windows Directory of your BlackJack

3.   Find and create a shortcut of bandsel.exe

4.   Navigate to the Start Menu folder

5.   Paste your shortcut there

6.   You can rename it to something more fitting if you want

GSM850 is EDGE
GSM1900 is G
WCDMA is 3G

Note: You may need to change settings quickly after turning on your BlackJack.  Sometimes you can’t change networks when the BlackJack has been on for a while.
